Quadrocopters built a 6-meter tower without help

Annually hundreds of workers die on construction sites. The reason for 40% of deaths is a fall from height. But, as it turned out, high-altitude works are perfectly handled by quadrocopters, who suggested using an architect from Zurich instead of people.

Architect Ammar Mirjan has shown how well the drones are able to build. A demonstration project was attended by a group of several drones, who managed to build a tower of hundreds of blocks. The height of the structure was 6 meters.

After watching the video, it remains a feeling that the quadcopters are designed for construction. They clearly get to coordinate actions with each other and they have enough power to lift building materials into the air.

Now Ammar Mirjan explores in detail the capabilities of drones to assess the future prospects of technology.
